It's Snowing!

When we made the plans to head North in October, we expected colder weather, but not a blizzard! We got a surprise in Lansing, Michigan.

Time Out

This week, after a very busy weekend singing in Wisconsin, we had the opportunity to travel to the east side of the state to visit with some good friends, the Siegmanns. After the work was done on the farm, we got to take a trip to Cabellas and the boys entertained us with some lively "Dutch" ping-pong!

Lacey, Sammy and Avery

We are so thankful for good friends across the country!

What do you get when you have four week days at home?

Lots of bus work!

Nick has been installing an AquaHot heating system this week

And Dad has been doing electricity

For an update on the bus project...the exterior is now painted and the interior is in the process of being finished! Mart Graber from Indiana donated and installed all of the cabinetry, bunks, bed and doors. Dad and the boys are in the process of finishing installing the lights and plumbing, and then it'll be ready for carpet and a ceiling! We are driving the new bus on our trips now, and getting the old one ready to sell (anyone know of someone who wants to buy a bus?). Thanks to all of you who have supported us in every way as we tackle this project!

It's Off!

After five weeks in a cast, Mom's arm is finally free! The doctor cut off the cast this morning to reveal a swollen, stiff arm. Mom still has a long road ahead of her...she has very little movement in her wrist and she has to wear a splint for several weeks.

Praise the Lord for a qualified doctor who did an excellent job with the set.
